don t know alot about bandit 400 but when crank is set to (TDC) top dead center both cams should be set to TDC uses level to align. some cams. won t stay at TDC for install of belt, get creative. use a C clamp to hold cam at TDC for install. be sure to put belt inside C clamp for install.
